- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix in the melted butter, then add the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and espresso powder.
