  • 1 1/2 cups Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Biscoff spread and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, then let it cool before serving.
