- 1 pound penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, turkey bacon, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
