  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. During the last 3 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the boiling pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
  5. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then add them to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
