  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup peas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add peas if using and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
