- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cream, half of the cheese, and half of the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
