Cheesy Potato Gratin Casserole

A deliciously creamy and cheesy potato gratin casserole that features turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cream, half of the cheese, and half of the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
