- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, chicken breasts, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, and potato.
