  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. In another bowl, combine blueberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly wobbly.
  8. Let cool for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
