A quick and easy recipe for a delicious beef and broccoli stir-fry that can be made on busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

  • Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
  • You can add other vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots.
