  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham in a skillet until crispy.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and mix in the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
