  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
  4. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
