Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the baking soda, salt, and flour.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
