Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato slices to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In the final 5 minutes, add the turkey bacon to the basket until crispy.
  7. Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
